MILA is a Costa Rican platform that connects investors with curated wellness and wellbeing real estate and accompanies them with financial structure and legal protection through the whole process. Its Destination 01 is Místico, in Playa Hermosa de Jacó.

MILA does not build and does not run hotels: it connects. It is part of an ecosystem of three independent companies with one shared philosophy: Sabbatical Collective creates the places, MILA connects the investment and Belong brings them to life with hospitality and experiences.

The first place is Místico, a master planned beach community with thirteen neighborhoods woven by lagoons, more than 70% preserved nature and a private beach club, in Playa Hermosa de Jacó, Garabito, Puntarenas ([misticobeachcr.com](https://misticobeachcr.com)). The first home is Bergamota 13, finished, furnished and ready for delivery.
